1. Digital Programs
All purchases of digital products, including online bootcamps, fellowship programs, recorded sessions, digital resources, templates, e-books, and downloadable materials, are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been granted.
2. Bootcamp & Fellowship Programs
Enrollment fees paid for the AI Architecture Bootcamp, AI Fellowship Program, and other training programs are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- A duplicate payment has been made.
- A payment error has occurred due to technical issues.
- MedOS AI Tech University cancels the program and does not offer an alternative batch or full credit.
3. Cancellation by Participant
If you are unable to attend a scheduled program:
- You may request a transfer to a future batch, subject to availability and approval.
- Transfer requests must be submitted before the program begins.
- Transfer requests after the program has started may not be approved.
4. Cancellation by MedOS AI Tech University
If a program is cancelled or postponed by MedOS AI Tech University:
- Participants may choose to transfer to a future batch, or
- Receive a full refund if no suitable alternative is available.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other exceptional situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
